Annual dues are assessed as follows depending on the ownership of developed and undeveloped lots (sites).

Residents will pay $ 1200 per  developed lot (site) owned and $ 300 per undeveloped lot (site) owned.

Residents may pay their dues annually or Semi-annually.  Due dates for dues are January 10 and July 10 of each year. If paying your dues, please pay on or before January 10.  If paying Semi-annually, please pay 1/2 on or before January 10, and the other half of your dues shall be paid on or before July 10 of each year.

Any assessment not paid within 30 days of its due date, shall be considered past due and shall bear an interest rate of 18% per annum and maybe subject to a lien.

Please follow the instructions of where to send your payment as outlined on your annual statement.  You may mail your payment to the designated address or you may drop off your payment at the porch mailbox.
